How We Operate
CARES is self-sustaining and does not rely on donations. Our communities fund their own operations, allowing us to focus directly on serving residents’ needs.

Funding Model
Our communities are primarily funded through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and LURA agreements, enabling us to offer quality housing at below-market rents while supporting affordable housing access.
